As the condensing unit, it is built to Perlick's original specifications for fit, performance, and long-term reliability. The condensing unit combines the compressor, condenser coil, and fan into a single assembly that rejects the heat absorbed by the evaporator and pumps refrigerant back through the system at the correct pressure.
