The R54978-1 Float Switch – Liquid Level is a genuine OEM Perlick part, engineered and manufactured by Perlick for direct fit in Perlick back bar refrigeration, draft beer dispensing, and underbar equipment. As the float switch, it is built to Perlick's original specifications for fit, performance, and long-term reliability. The float switch monitors liquid level in a sump, reservoir, or tank on Perlick refrigeration and dispensing equipment, rising and falling with the liquid to signal the control system when a fill or shutoff point has been reached.

A stuck or failed float switch can cause overfilling, a pump that runs dry, or a system that never receives the fill signal it needs. Replacing the float switch restores accurate liquid-level monitoring and protects downstream components from running dry or overflowing.
