The Pitco Computer Assembly, I12 WB 3093 Single is a genuine OEM replacement I12-series control computer assembly for single-vat Pitco commercial fryers, supplied with the 3093 wiring board and designed for wall-box (WB) or remote-mount installation. It manages oil temperature, cook timer programs, filter cycle prompts, and operational fault codes for a single-vat fryer through the 3093 wiring board interface. Using the correct OEM assembly ensures the I12 firmware's single-vat addressing and the 3093 board's connector layout match the single-vat fryer harness.
Over time, the original computer assembly can suffer display failures, keypad degradation, relay faults that disable the heat circuit, or board-to-board communication errors between the I12 control board and the 3093 wiring board. A failed assembly leaves a production fryer without temperature control and automation, reducing kitchen capacity and potentially leading to food safety temperature non-compliance. Installing the replacement assembly restores full single-vat fryer automation.
