The Pitco Computer, Single Black Multi with Overlays is a genuine OEM replacement digital fryer control computer featuring a single-fryer black housing and a multi-function interface, supplied with overlay labels for Pitco commercial fryers. The overlays provide menu labels, temperature scale indicators, and operational instructions that guide operators through all control functions. Using the correct OEM computer with matching overlays ensures that displayed functions correspond precisely to the programmed control logic.
Over time, the original computer can develop keypad failures from grease and moisture infiltration, display failures where segments or characters become unreadable, or corrupted memory causing loss of cook programs and setpoints. Worn or delaminated overlays compound these issues by making control labels illegible, increasing the risk of operator error. Installing the replacement computer with fresh overlays addresses both the functional electronics and the operator interface.
The computer installs in the original panel cutout with the existing mounting hardware and wiring connectors.
