The Pitco Pump Assembly, 115/230V, 8 GPM, 2WP ZTF is a genuine OEM replacement pump assembly for Pitco ZTF (Zero-Trans-Fat) fryer filtration systems, rated for 8 GPM flow and dual-voltage operation at 115 or 230 volts with a two-wire plug connection. The ZTF designation indicates this assembly is specified for fryers used in zero-trans-fat oil programs that require frequent and complete oil filtration. Using the correct OEM assembly ensures compatibility with the ZTF filter system's electrical and hydraulic circuit.
Over time, the original pump assembly can wear from the frequent filtration cycles demanded by ZTF oil programs, including impeller erosion, seal fatigue, and motor winding degradation.
