The Pitco Clean Sweep Relay Board Control, 24V, KFC is a genuine OEM replacement relay board for Pitco commercial fryers configured to the Kentucky Fried Chicken specification, designed to manage the Clean Sweep automated filtration sequence on 24V control systems. It controls the relay outputs that drive the drain valve actuator, filter pump, and return valve through the complete Clean Sweep filtration cycle sequence required by KFC operational standards. Using the correct OEM board ensures the relay timing, output ratings, and wiring connector layout match the KFC-spec Pitco fryer harness.
Over time, the original relay board can develop relay contact wear from repeated high-inrush switching of the pump motor, trace corrosion from the steam and grease environment beneath the fryer, or logic component failure from power supply transients.
