The Pitco Computer, I12 Single Green Replacement is a genuine OEM replacement I12-series digital fryer control computer with a single-line green display for Pitco commercial fryers. It controls oil temperature, manages cook programs and batch timers, and prompts the operator for filter cycles according to the programmed filtration interval. Using the correct OEM I12 replacement computer ensures full compatibility with the fryer's probe wiring, actuator outputs, and filter system relay circuit.
Over time, the original I12 computer can experience display segment failures on the green readout, membrane keypad delamination from repeated exposure to cleaning spray and steam, or internal relay failure that causes loss of heat control or filter actuation. A failed computer prevents accurate temperature maintenance, eliminates cook program automation, and disables filter cycle prompting. Installing the replacement I12 computer restores all control functions with a new display and keypad.
The computer mounts in the original front panel position using the existing bracket hardware and connects to the fryer wiring harness with the original connectors. It is recommended to replace the computer when display or keypad failures cannot be resolved by cleaning, or when the control generates persistent unexplained fault codes.
