PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pitco 60155704-CL Linear Actuator, 24VDC, 2", with Pin is an OEM replacement part engineered for Pitco commercial fryers and filtration systems. Designed to support reliable operation, safety, and performance during service and maintenance.

Details
The Pitco Linear Actuator, 24VDC, 2", with Pin is a genuine OEM replacement linear actuator for Pitco automated fryer filter systems, providing a 2-inch stroke at 24 VDC and supplied with the drive pin required for direct attachment to the ball valve body. The 2-inch stroke accommodates the full open-to-close travel of the larger ball valves used in high-capacity Pitco filtration systems. Using the correct OEM actuator ensures the force, speed, and pin connection geometry match the valve specification.
Over time, the original linear actuator can fail from gear mechanism wear, motor brush depletion, or corrosion of the internal drive train from steam and cleaning chemical exposure. A failed actuator prevents the automated drain valve from opening or closing, making the filtration cycle impossible to complete without manual intervention. Installing the replacement actuator with the correct drive pin restores automated 2-inch travel on the drain valve.
The actuator body mounts to the valve bracket and the drive pin engages the valve stem connector. It is recommended to replace the actuator whenever the valve does not complete its full 2-inch travel or when the motor runs without producing valve movement. Pairing the new actuator installation with a timed filter cycle test will confirm the drain valve is opening and closing through the full stroke within the automated sequence timing.
