The Pitco Digital Pasta Timer Control, OGARD is a genuine OEM replacement timer control for Pitco commercial pasta cookers integrated with the On-Guard (OGARD) oil filtration management program. It manages cook timing for multiple pasta basket stations and interfaces with the On-Guard system to track filtration cycles and prompt operators at the correct intervals. Using the correct OEM control ensures the timer logic and On-Guard communication protocol are fully compatible with the pasta cooker's control architecture.

Over time, the original pasta timer control can experience display segment failures, unresponsive timer buttons from grease ingress, or loss of On-Guard communication due to firmware corruption or connector corrosion. A malfunctioning control eliminates accurate cook timing for pasta stations and breaks the On-Guard filtration tracking function. Installing the replacement control restores precise cook timing and full On-Guard system integration.
