The Pitco Pump Assembly, 10 GPM, 208/240V is a genuine OEM replacement high-capacity pump assembly for Pitco commercial fryer filter systems requiring 10 gallons per minute flow at 208 or 240 volt supply. It is designed for high-volume filtration applications such as large-capacity fryer banks or rapid-cycle filter systems used in high-throughput QSR and institutional kitchens. Using the correct OEM assembly ensures the pump delivers rated flow at the correct electrical specifications without overloading the filter system circuit.
Over time, the original pump assembly can lose flow capacity through impeller wear, seal degradation, and motor winding fatigue under the demanding duty cycles of high-volume frying operations. Reduced pump output lengthens filtration cycles, increases oil exposure to heat and contaminants, and degrades oil quality faster. Installing the replacement pump assembly restores full 10 GPM flow and returns filtration cycle times to specification.
The assembly mounts on the filter system's pump bracket using the original fasteners and connects to the inlet and outlet ports and the 208/240V electrical supply. It is recommended to replace the pump assembly whenever measured flow falls below the specification or the motor draws more than nameplate amperage.
