The Pitco Pump Assembly, 10 GPM, 115/230V is a genuine OEM replacement high-capacity pump assembly rated for 10 gallons per minute at dual-voltage 115 or 230V operation for Pitco commercial fryer filter systems. It is designed for large-capacity or multi-fryer filtration applications that require rapid oil transfer to complete filtration cycles within the operational schedule of a high-volume kitchen. Using the correct OEM assembly ensures the impeller, housing, and motor are matched for 10 GPM delivery at either available voltage.
Over time, the original pump assembly can experience flow degradation from impeller wear, housing erosion by carbon abrasive particles, or motor winding breakdown from the sustained high load of 10 GPM pumping. Reduced flow in a high-volume filtration application causes unacceptable cycle time increases and oil quality degradation between filter changes. Installing the replacement pump assembly restores full 10 GPM flow for rapid, effective filtration.
The assembly mounts on the filter system pump bracket and connects to the oil hoses and the 115 or 230V power supply using the original hardware.
