The Pitco Basket Wiring, SSH60W is a genuine OEM replacement wiring harness for Pitco SSH60W (Solstice Split High-capacity 60-pound Wide) commercial fryers equipped with motorized basket lift systems. It routes the electrical signals between the basket lift driver board and the basket lift motor assemblies in the SSH60W fryer configuration. Using the correct OEM harness ensures the conductor gauge, connector types, and harness routing are matched to the SSH60W fryer's physical layout and electrical specification.
Over time, the original basket lift wiring harness can develop insulation cracking from heat exposure near the fryer vat, connector pin corrosion from oil vapor, or conductor fatigue breaks at repeated flex points in the harness routing. Wiring faults cause intermittent or complete basket lift failures, increasing operator workload and the risk of burns from manually handling loaded baskets over hot oil. Installing the replacement harness restores reliable electrical continuity to the basket lift system.
