The Pitco Filter Hose/Nozzle Outlet, 60 SFD is a genuine OEM replacement outlet hose and return nozzle assembly for Pitco 60-series Single Fryer with Drain filtration systems. It directs filtered oil from the pump discharge back into the fryer vat through the correct return nozzle geometry that promotes circulation and minimizes splashing. Using the correct OEM assembly ensures the hose length, diameter, and nozzle angle match the 60 SFD fryer's filter return port.
Over time, the original outlet hose can harden, crack, or develop internal delamination from continuous exposure to hot cooking oil and the flexing that occurs during filter pan removal and insertion. A cracked or deteriorated hose drips hot oil during the return cycle, creating burn hazards for operators and waste on the floor. Installing the replacement hose and nozzle assembly restores a leak-free, correctly aimed oil return path.
