The Pitco Filter Pan Weldment with Caster, SEFD is a genuine OEM replacement welded stainless steel filter pan chassis with integrated casters for Pitco Solstice Electric Fryer with Drain (SEFD) filtration systems. The weldment forms the structural base of the filter pan assembly, providing the oil collection volume, caster-mounted mobility, and filter media housing that are central to the SEFD filtration system. Using the correct OEM weldment ensures proper dimensional fit under the SEFD fryer cabinet and correct positioning of drain and pump connection ports.
Over time, the original filter pan weldment can develop weld cracks from the thermal stress of repeated hot-oil fills, bent caster frames from floor impact, or warped flanges that prevent a proper seal at the fryer drain connection. A cracked or warped pan weldment creates a hot oil spill hazard and makes the filter system inoperable. Installing the replacement weldment provides a new, structurally sound oil collection basin with functional casters for safe under-fryer operation.
The weldment rolls into position under the SEFD fryer and receives the drain connection and pump assembly using the existing hardware.
