The Pitco Filter Pump Control Box, 115V, SG is a genuine OEM replacement electrical control enclosure and circuit assembly for Pitco Solstice Gas fryer filter pump systems operating on 115V power. It houses the relay, terminal blocks, and protective components that switch 115V power to the filter pump motor on command from the fryer's filtration control circuit. Using the correct OEM control box ensures the relay rating, wiring terminal layout, and enclosure mounting dimensions match the SG fryer's filter pump wiring configuration.
Over time, the original pump control box can develop relay contact wear from the inrush current of the pump motor at each filter cycle start, terminal block corrosion from oil vapor infiltration into the enclosure, or failed overload protection components that leave the pump motor without overcurrent protection. A failed control box leaves the filter pump inoperable and the filter cycle unable to execute. Installing the replacement control box restores protected, relay-switched 115V power to the SG filter pump system.
The control box mounts in the original location on the SG fryer or filter pan assembly using existing hardware and connects to the pump motor leads and the fryer filter control output.
