The Pitco Filter Pump, Viking, 115V, SG, 21H is a genuine OEM replacement Viking-brand filter pump for Pitco Solstice Gas fryers, rated for 115V operation and specified for the SG 21H (21-inch high) fryer configuration. Viking pumps are recognized in the commercial kitchen industry for their durability in hot-oil service, and this OEM specification ensures the correct impeller design and port sizing for the SG filtration circuit. Using the correct OEM pump guarantees full flow compatibility with the SG 21H fryer's filtration plumbing and return nozzle.
Over time, the original Viking filter pump can experience impeller wear, mechanical seal failure from thermal cycling fatigue, or clogging of the pump inlet screen by crumb debris that bypasses the filter media. A degraded pump reduces filtration throughput, extends cycle times, and eventually fails to return oil to the fryer vat. Installing the replacement Viking pump restores the original high-performance flow specification for the SG 21H filtration system.
The pump body bolts to the filter pan assembly using the original mounting hardware and connects to the oil inlet and outlet hoses.
