The Pitco Wiring Cable, Remote Fryer is a genuine OEM replacement wiring cable for Pitco commercial fryer systems where the control computer is remotely mounted away from the fryer vat, such as in battery or island configurations where a central control panel serves multiple fryers. The cable carries temperature probe signals, control outputs, and communication data between the remote computer location and the fryer's heating and sensing components. Using the correct OEM cable ensures the correct conductor count, shielding, and connector pinout for reliable signal transmission over the remote distance.
Over time, the original remote fryer cable can develop intermittent continuity from repeated bending at the cabinet penetration point, insulation damage from contact with hot surfaces, or connector terminal corrosion from the grease and moisture of the kitchen environment. Cable faults cause erratic temperature readings, nuisance fault codes, or complete loss of communication between the remote computer and the fryer, making the fryer inoperable. Installing the replacement cable restores the full signal path between the control location and the fryer.
The cable is routed through the original conduit or cable management path and terminated at both the remote computer enclosure and the fryer junction box.
