The Pitco Water Hose Kit, 1/2" x 48", Quick Disconnect is a genuine OEM replacement water supply hose kit for Pitco commercial pasta cookers and boil-out water fill systems, featuring a 1/2-inch diameter, 48-inch length hose with quick-disconnect fittings on both ends. The quick-disconnect design allows the hose to be rapidly connected and disconnected from the water supply and equipment inlet without tools, supporting efficient boil-out and fill operations. Using the correct OEM kit ensures the hose length, diameter, and quick-connect coupling dimensions match the Pitco equipment's water inlet port.
Over time, the original water hose can develop internal liner cracking from repeated flexing and hot water exposure, external braid corrosion, or quick-connect coupling damage that causes dripping at the connection points. A deteriorated hose may burst under supply pressure or drip water onto hot equipment surfaces, creating both a slip hazard and an electrical risk near fryer controls. Installing the replacement hose kit provides a fresh, intact hose and correctly functioning quick-disconnect fittings.
The kit connects to the water supply shutoff valve and the equipment water inlet using the quick-disconnect couplings and requires no tools.
