PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pressure Gauge Kit for Cleveland Part# KE000714-2

Details
The Pressure Gauge Kit (Part# KE000714-2) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement pressure gauge kit for use in Cleveland commercial steam-jacketed kettles and steamer equipment. The pressure gauge provides a continuous visual indication of the steam pressure within the jacket or pressure vessel, allowing operators and technicians to confirm that the equipment is operating within the correct pressure range and to identify abnormal conditions before they develop into safety incidents.
Pressure gauges can lose accuracy over time due to internal fatigue from continuous pressure cycling, steam condensate exposure, and mechanical vibration. A gauge that reads incorrectly gives operators a false sense of the equipment operating condition and can mask developing pressure faults. A gauge that fails to return to zero when pressure is released indicates internal damage and must be replaced.
Pressure gauge replacement should be performed by a qualified technician with the steam system fully depressurized and cooled to ambient temperature. Remove the old gauge from its port fitting, clean the threads, and install the new Pressure Gauge Kit using appropriate steam-rated thread sealant. Bring the system up to operating pressure and verify that the new gauge reads correctly and that the port fitting is leak-free before returning the unit to service.
