Details
The Pressure Regulator 3/4" LP (Part# KE54618-1) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement pressure regulator for use in Cleveland commercial gas-fired cooking and steamer equipment. The pressure regulator reduces incoming gas supply pressure to the precise operating pressure required by the burner assembly, ensuring stable combustion and consistent heat output throughout the cooking cycle.
Pressure regulators can drift out of calibration over time or fail due to diaphragm fatigue, corrosion, or debris contamination in the gas supply. A malfunctioning regulator may cause the burner to produce a weak or unstable flame, fail to achieve proper operating temperatures, or exhibit erratic heating performance. Gas pressure should always be verified with a manometer as part of any burner service call.
Pressure regulator replacement must be performed by a qualified gas technician in compliance with all applicable gas safety codes and regulations. Shut off the gas supply at the main isolation valve before disconnecting the regulator. Install the new Pressure Regulator 3/4" LP in the correct flow direction as indicated on the regulator body, reconnect all fittings, and pressure-test all connections for leaks before restoring gas supply. Verify outlet pressure with a manometer and adjust to the specification in the Cleveland service manual.
