PRODUCT OVERVIEW
R H Stem Assembly for Cleveland Part# SE50021

Details
The R H Stem Assembly (Part# SE50021) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement stem assembly for use in Cleveland commercial steamer valve systems. The stem assembly is the internal mechanical component of a valve that translates actuator input into the opening and closing motion that controls steam or water flow through the valve body, engineered to the precise dimensional tolerances required for smooth, reliable valve operation.
Stem assemblies experience wear over time from repeated mechanical actuation cycles, exposure to hard water mineral deposits, and the continuous thermal stress of the steam environment. A worn or damaged stem may cause the valve to leak past its seat, fail to open or close completely, or become difficult to operate. These conditions can lead to uncontrolled steam flow, inadequate cooking performance, or water hammer effects that stress other plumbing components.
Stem assembly replacement should be completed by a trained service technician with the unit fully de-energized and the steam system depressurized and cooled. Isolate the valve, disassemble the valve body as directed in the Cleveland service manual, and remove the worn stem. Inspect the valve seat and body for secondary wear or damage before installing the new R H Stem Assembly. Reassemble the valve, restore water and steam supply, and test for proper operation and leak-free performance.
