    The Rational 40.03.513P Fan Motor with Motor Shaft Gasket is a genuine OEM replacement motor for Rational combi ovens. The fan motor drives the convection fan wheel inside the cooking cabinet, which moves hot air and steam evenly around the food. That airflow is what gives Rational ovens consistent browning, even cooking from rack to rack, and reliable results in every program. A weak or failing motor quickly leads to uneven cooking, longer cook times and error messages.

    This assembly comes with the motor shaft gasket and the hardware needed to install it. The shaft gasket seals the spot where the motor shaft passes into the cooking cabinet, keeping steam and moisture inside the oven and away from the motor and electronics. A new gasket with every motor means a tight seal from the start and protects the new motor from moisture damage. The motor (reference M3G112-EA56-26) is made in Germany to Rational's specifications and works on 50/60 Hz power.

    Signs that you need a new fan motor include grinding, squealing or rattling noises, a fan that won't start or runs unevenly, fan-related error codes, or steam leaking around the motor shaft. The 40.03.513P assembly measures about 15.6" L x 15.4" W x 4.9" H and weighs about 18 lbs. Using a genuine Rational part helps keep your warranty valid.
