The Pitco Regulator Conversion is a direct replacement gas pressure regulator conversion component for Pitco commercial gas fryers. Over time, or during a fuel type conversion, the existing regulator spring or regulator assembly may not provide the correct outlet pressure for the new or replacement gas type, resulting in underfiring, overfiring, or unstable burner operation.
