The Pitco Rocker Switch 7/8 X 1-1/2 SPST is a direct replacement single-pole single-throw rocker switch for Pitco commercial fryers. It controls a single circuit with a two-position rocker action and is sized for a 7/8 x 1-1/2 inch panel cutout, a common format on Pitco fryer control panels. Over time, the contacts within the switch can pit and oxidize from repeated arcing, and the rocker mechanism can loosen or fail to latch from prolonged use in the heat and grease of a commercial kitchen.
