The Pitco Rocker Switch is a direct replacement panel-mount rocker switch for Pitco commercial fryers. It provides intuitive on/off or multi-position circuit control through a rocker-style actuator that is designed for the physical and thermal demands of a commercial kitchen environment. Using the correct rocker switch ensures the proper contact rating, actuator size, and terminal configuration for the specific fryer control panel application.
Over time, rocker switches in commercial fryer panels are subject to grease infiltration, contact arcing wear, and actuator pivot fatigue from the high cycle counts of restaurant service, leading to intermittent contact, stuck positions, or a non-functional switch.
