The Safety Thermostat L6C, 24 (Part# KE50558) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement safety thermostat for use in Cleveland commercial steamer and cooking equipment. Safety thermostats serve as high-limit temperature cutout devices that interrupt power to the heating circuit when the equipment reaches an unsafe operating temperature, providing critical protection against overheating conditions that could damage the equipment or create a fire hazard in the kitchen.
Safety thermostats are designed to trip at a set temperature threshold and may be either auto-reset or manual-reset type depending on the equipment model.
