PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Sensor Wire for Cleveland Part# 4517368

Details
The Sensor Wire (Part# 4517368) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement wiring harness or wire assembly for use in Cleveland commercial cooking and steamer equipment. Wiring harnesses route and protect the electrical conductors that connect control components, heating elements, sensors, and power supply circuits throughout the equipment cabinet, with the correct conductor sizing, insulation rating, and connector types for the high-temperature, high-moisture commercial kitchen environment.
Wiring and wiring harnesses can deteriorate from the combined effects of heat exposure near heating elements, moisture from steam and cleaning operations, and physical wear of repeated service access. Insulation cracking, conductor corrosion at connector pins, and chafing damage from contact with sharp edges or moving parts are common wiring faults. Intermittent electrical problems are frequently caused by wiring harness issues that only manifest when the harness flexes during equipment vibration.
Wiring harness replacement should be performed by a qualified service technician with the equipment fully de-energized and locked out. Remove the old harness from its routing clips and connectors, carefully routing the new Sensor Wire through the same path and securing it clear of heat sources and moving parts. Connect all terminals and connectors securely, restore power, and perform a complete functional test of all circuits associated with the replaced harness before returning the equipment to service.
