PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Solid State Timer for Cleveland Part# 300150-CLE

Details
The Solid State Timer (Part# 300150-CLE) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement timer for use in Cleveland commercial steamer and cooking equipment. The timer is the control component responsible for measuring and managing cook cycle duration, automatically signaling the end of a cooking program, or controlling the timing of sequential operations within the equipment automated cooking cycle.
Timers can fail due to age-related mechanical or electronic component degradation, moisture ingress, or the accumulated wear from thousands of operator-initiated cook cycles. A faulty timer may display an incorrect time, fail to count down accurately, not signal the end of a cook cycle, or fail to initiate timed control outputs to solenoids or heating circuits, directly affecting the consistency of every food item cooked during the affected shift.
Timer replacement should be performed by a qualified technician with the unit de-energized and locked out. Remove the control panel or access cover, disconnect all wiring connections from the old timer, and remove it from its mounting position. Install the new Solid State Timer, reconnect all wiring per the wiring diagram, and test through a complete cook cycle, verifying accurate time display, correct countdown behavior, and proper signaling before returning the unit to service.
