PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Spark Ignition Module for Cleveland Part# 3546

Details
The Spark Ignition Module (Part# 3546) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement ignition module for use in Cleveland commercial gas-fired steamer and cooking equipment. The ignition module is the electronic control device that generates the high-voltage spark required to ignite the pilot or main burner, and in many cases also monitors the flame signal to confirm successful ignition and maintain safe operation.
Ignition modules can fail due to age, moisture ingress, thermal stress, or the gradual degradation of internal components from the high-voltage and high-temperature environment near the burner assembly. A faulty ignition module typically manifests as a burner that fails to light, sparks continuously without establishing a flame, or successfully ignites but then shuts off prematurely due to a failure in the flame sensing circuit.
Ignition module replacement should be performed by a qualified gas appliance service technician with the gas supply shut off and the unit de-energized. Remove the old module from its mounting location, carefully disconnect the high-voltage ignition lead, gas valve wiring, and flame sensor connections. Install the new Spark Ignition Module, reconnect all leads to their correct terminals, and restore gas and power. Cycle the ignition sequence and verify that the spark is consistent, the burner lights reliably, and the flame is held without nuisance shutdowns.
