This is a replacement Squeeze Tube for the pump system (part# 5700-011-76-41) designed for Jackson commercial warewashing equipment, including undercounter dishwashers, door-type dishwashers, flight-type conveyor dishwashers, glass washers, and pot & pan washers. The pump squeeze tube serves as a flexible peristaltic pump chamber that draws in detergent solution from the chemical reservoir and delivers precise measured doses into the wash chamber during each cycle.
Squeeze tubes deteriorate due to repeated compression from the pump roller mechanism, exposure to aggressive alkaline and acidic detergent formulations, and heat exposure during operation. Failure symptoms include reduced or absent detergent injection into the wash stream, inconsistent water chemistry, incomplete detergent delivery visible as color variations, and leaking detergent around the tube connection points.
