The Pitco Switch 1-1/2 X 7/8 is a direct replacement panel-mount switch for Pitco commercial fryers. It is sized to fit a 1-1/2 x 7/8 inch panel opening and provides reliable circuit control for the fryer function it governs. Over time, panel-mount switches in commercial fryer environments are subject to accelerated wear from heat, grease vapor, and the high cycle counts of busy food service operations, leading to worn contacts, failed actuator mechanisms, and intermittent or complete loss of circuit control.
