PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Toggle Switch 1/2 Dpst for Cleveland Part# 19944

Details
The Toggle Switch 1/2 Dpst (Part# 19944) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement toggle switch for use in Cleveland commercial cooking and steamer equipment. Toggle switches provide manual control inputs on the equipment control panel, allowing operators to select operational modes, enable heating circuits, or control auxiliary functions depending on the specific equipment model.
Toggle switches are subject to wear from repeated actuation and can fail due to internal contact fatigue, corrosion from kitchen moisture and steam, or physical damage. A faulty toggle switch may present as a function that is stuck on, fails to engage, or behaves erratically when the switch is moved. Intermittent faults can be particularly difficult to diagnose because the unit may appear to operate normally until the switch contacts degrade completely.
Toggle switch replacement requires de-energizing and locking out the equipment before beginning work. A qualified technician should remove the access panel, disconnect the wiring connections on the old switch, and unscrew the switch from its mounting. Install the new Toggle Switch 1/2 Dpst, reconnect all wiring according to the equipment wiring diagram, and cycle the switch through both positions multiple times to confirm proper engagement and release before clearing the equipment for return to service.
