The 13 in Chamber Ring, Mandarin Style (Part# 225113) is a genuine OEM Town Food Service replacement part for use in Town wok ranges. The wok chamber assembly of ceramic sleeve, chamber ring, and refractory material contains and focuses the burner's flame, insulates the range body, and supports the wok at the correct height over the fire. This 13-inch Mandarin style chamber ring tops the wok chamber and seats the wok at the correct height over the flame.

Chamber components are sacrificial by design: thermal cycling, wok impact, and routine cleaning gradually crack ceramic sleeves, erode refractory cement, and wear chamber rings out of shape. Symptoms that the chamber needs rebuilding include visible cracks or crumbling material, excessive heat radiating into the range body, an unstable wok seat, and declining wok station performance.

Chamber rebuilds are routine maintenance on a hard-working wok range. With the range cool and the gas shut off, remove the chamber ring and the damaged components, clean out loose debris, and install the new 13 in Chamber Ring, Mandarin Style following Town's chamber assembly procedure.
