The Anti-Clog Pilot, Propane Gas (Part# 226203P) is a genuine OEM Town Food Service replacement part for use in Town stock pot ranges and wok ranges. The pilot provides the standing flame that ignites the main burner on demand, and a reliable pilot is essential for both safety and uninterrupted kitchen production. The anti-clog pilot design resists the grease and debris fouling that kills ordinary pilots in wok service; this version is orificed for propane gas.

Pilots are exposed to grease, food debris, and intense radiant heat, and over time the orifice can clog or the pilot body can corrode and deform. Symptoms of a failing pilot include a flame that will not stay lit, a weak or lazy pilot flame, delayed main burner ignition, or a pilot that goes out whenever the main burner cycles.

Pilot replacement should be performed by a qualified service technician with the gas supply shut off. Disconnect the pilot tubing, remove the old pilot from its mounting, and install the new Anti-Clog Pilot, Propane Gas in the same location. Leak-test the tubing connection, light the pilot, and confirm a steady flame that reliably ignites the main burner before returning the range to service.
