Details
The Town Food Service Anti-clog Pilot Orifice, Naturl Gas (Part# 226204) is a genuine OEM replacement burner/ignition component for Town Food Service wok ranges and Chinese cooking equipment. Installed in the gas train of Town Food Service wok ranges and Chinese cooking equipment, this burner/ignition component controls the flame that the equipment's cooking function depends on.
Burner and pilot components operate in direct contact with flame and combustion byproducts, which over time causes carbon buildup, corrosion, or warping of the metal. A failing component typically shows up as an uneven or weak flame, difficulty lighting, or a pilot that will not stay lit.
A qualified gas technician should shut off supply and allow the unit to cool, then disconnect the old component from the gas train, noting its orientation. Install the replacement in the same position, restore gas supply, check for leaks, and confirm proper ignition and flame before closing out the repair.
