Installed in the gas train of Town Food Service wok ranges and Chinese cooking equipment, this burner/ignition component controls the flame that the equipment's cooking function depends on.

Direct exposure to flame and combustion byproducts gradually causes carbon buildup, corrosion, or warping in burner and pilot components, leading to a weak or uneven flame, hard starting, or a pilot that will not hold.

A qualified gas technician should shut off supply and allow the unit to cool, then disconnect the old component from the gas train, noting its orientation.
