The 13 in x 30–1/2 in Galvanized Drip Pan (Part# 227113) is a genuine OEM Town Food Service replacement part for use in Town stock pot ranges and wok ranges. Drip pans, grates, and range top components take the daily abuse of heavy stock pots, boil-overs, and constant cleaning, and Town supplies them as direct-fit genuine OEM replacements. This galvanized drip pan measures 13 by 30-1/2 inches and catches grease and boil-over beneath the burner deck.

These components are replaced when warping, corrosion, broken welds, or burned-through sections appear. A warped grate rocks under a heavy pot, and a corroded drip pan lets grease and boil-over reach the equipment interior or the floor; both are sanitation and safety problems that get worse with time.

Replacement requires no special tools on most models: with the equipment cool, remove the worn component, clean the supporting surfaces, and set the new 13 in x 30–1/2 in Galvanized Drip Pan in place.
