Town wok ranges incorporate plumbing fixtures for the rinse and waterfall systems that keep the cooking deck clean and cool during service, and these fixtures see constant use throughout the cooking day. This pedestal swing faucet mounts on its own pedestal at the wok station, swinging across the deck to deliver rinse water where the cook needs it.
