The RM-50 and RM-55 are Town's workhorse gas rice cookers, and Town supports them with a full line of genuine OEM replacement components so a well-used cooker can stay in front-line service for years. This shut-off stem assembly with flame deflector controls gas flow within the RM-50 and RM-55 rice cooker burner system.

Gas rice cooker components endure heat, steam, and starch residue every service day. Symptoms that point to a worn component include failure to light, a unit that will not hold temperature, a burner that goes out mid-cycle, or controls that no longer respond as designed.
