The Manifold Assembly, Propane Gas, Rm-50/Rm-55 (Part# 56876) is a genuine OEM Town Food Service replacement part for use in Town RM-50 and RM-55 gas rice cookers. The RM-50 and RM-55 are Town's workhorse gas rice cookers, and Town supports them with a full line of genuine OEM replacement components so a well-used cooker can stay in front-line service for years. This propane manifold assembly distributes gas to the burner system of the RM-50 and RM-55.
Gas rice cooker components endure heat, steam, and starch residue every service day. Symptoms that point to a worn component include failure to light, a unit that will not hold temperature, a burner that goes out mid-cycle, or controls that no longer respond as designed.
Service should be performed by a qualified technician with the gas supply shut off and the cooker cool. Remove the affected component, install the new Manifold Assembly, Propane Gas, Rm-50/Rm-55 in the same configuration, and verify all connections.
