PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Town Food Service 57177 is an original Town Food Service replacement component designed for commercial wok ranges, stockpots, and rice equipment, helping maintain heat control, safety, and durability in busy kitchens.

Details
The Control Board, 230V, No Relay (Part# 57177) is a genuine OEM Town Food Service replacement part for use in Town RiceMaster electric rice cookers and warmers. Town's RiceMaster line of electric rice cookers and warmers is a fixture in Asian restaurants, and keeping a heavily used cooker in service is usually a matter of replacing a single worn component rather than the whole unit. This 230-volt control board (no relay) is the electronic brain of Town's 230V electric rice cookers, managing the cook cycle and the automatic switch to hold mode.
Electric rice cooker components fail from heat, moisture, and constant daily cycling. Typical symptoms include a unit that will not start a cook cycle, rice that scorches or comes out undercooked, a cooker that will not switch from cook to hold mode, erratic temperature behavior, or no heat at all.
Repairs should be performed by a qualified service technician with the unit unplugged. Access the component, note the wiring connections before disconnecting, and install the new Control Board, 230V, No Relay in the same position. Restore power and run a complete cook-and-hold cycle to verify correct operation before returning the cooker to service.
