The TurboChef Control Board is a direct replacement control printed circuit board for TurboChef HHB High-h Batch rapid cook ovens. It serves as the central processing and control unit for all oven functions, managing the cook programs, microwave power modulation, impingement blower speed, temperature regulation, door interlock logic, fault monitoring, and user interface communication. Using the correct control board for the HHB ensures firmware compatibility, proper interfacing with the HHB-specific peripheral hardware including the blower drivers, high-voltage circuit, and display assembly, and adherence to the electrical specifications of the HHB's internal wiring harness.
