This quality replacement Door Gasket is engineered specifically for the TurboChef HHB High-h Batch oven and forms the primary thermal and microwave-containment seal between the oven door and the cavity frame. Fabricated from high-temperature silicone or composite elastomer, the gasket maintains a continuous, compression-fit perimeter seal that prevents microwave energy leakage and retains the high-velocity hot air imperative to achieving TurboChef's signature 10–15x cooking speed advantage.
