The bottom jetplate's perforation pattern is engineered to the specific hole diameter, pitch, and layout that produces the optimal impingement heat transfer coefficient for the HHD's operating air velocity and temperature, delivering the rapid, uniform bottom-surface heat transfer that is central to the HHD's performance advantage. Including mounting screws in the service kit ensures the critical plate-to-cavity seal is achieved with factory-specified hardware that will not loosen under thermal cycling.
