The TurboChef Aluminum Cooking Pan is a genuine OEM replacement cookware accessory for TurboChef i1 rapid cook countertop ovens. Constructed from hard-anodized aluminum, it is engineered for direct placement inside the i1 cavity and is sized to fit precisely within the oven's cooking zone, allowing efficient transfer of impingement hot air to food items placed within it. Using the correct OEM aluminum cooking pan ensures the pan's dimensions, material reflectivity, and thermal mass are compatible with the i1's impingement and microwave fields, enabling proper cook performance without arcing or uneven heating artifacts.

Over time, the original aluminum cooking pan can develop warping, corrosion of the hard-anodized surface, deep scratches that compromise the non-reactive coating, or physical denting from normal commercial kitchen handling, which leads to uneven food contact, degraded thermal transfer, difficulty in cleaning, and potential food safety concerns from damaged cooking surfaces.
