The Valve, Solenoid - Gas 25V 1/2 (Part# SK2345700) is a Cleveland-compatible replacement valve for use in Cleveland commercial steamer and cooking equipment. Valves can fail due to seat wear from the continuous passage of fluid or steam, mineral scale buildup that prevents proper seating, corrosion of the valve body from the kitchen environment, or failure of actuator components in motorized or solenoid-operated valve designs.
