The Pitco Wire Harness is a direct replacement wiring assembly for Pitco commercial fryers. It provides the interconnecting wiring between the control board, sensors, solenoids, switches, and other electrical components within the fryer cabinet. Using the correct wire harness ensures the proper connector types, wire gauges, insulation ratings, and routing lengths for a precise, factory-correct electrical assembly.
Over time, wire harnesses can suffer from heat-damaged insulation, chafed conductors, corroded terminals, and stress fractures at connector bodies due to the extreme temperatures, grease vapors, and mechanical vibration present in commercial fryer environments.
